I can also add a few more words on the tale of the Turdicle. It was certainly the most unusual grotto that I've had the 'pleasure' of going into. Although the temperature down below was approx -20C, working on it was very warm work, so we were working in our shirtsleeves, which was fine until 'chips' landed on hot skin -----!

Another interesting(?) little item. When one had used the above facility, the tissue dropped down invariably floated back up and out, due to the slightly warmer temperature above. That's what you call getting your own back. [7 April 2006]
