Peter Noble's sledgebag, used on the 1967 Shackletons recce and various trips on the Brunt Ice Shelf. Incoporating the white rose of Yorkshire, and the sledge call-sign AKE (= sledge in Norwegian). Dog team: the "Treacle Miners". As exhibited at Z-50.
